starting at 1:04 on this tutorial, this is how i apply my rhinestones on.

when i apply my top coat over, the shininess of the rhinestone doesnt go away..so maybe it depends on what kind of rhinestones you’re using & maybe even what top coat you’re using. im not too sure … sorry~
