first, i painted my nails with a regular black polish. then i applied the rhinestones onto my ring finger. then i used my matte top coat & applied that over all my nails. then i took my regular shiny top coat & drew in the leopard prints & i also painted it over the rhinestones to make it look shiny. and then … thats it~ :)
